Steps
- “Options” tab → “Respondents and privacy”.
- Tick “One submission per device (relies on a browser cookie)”.
- Save.
Expected result
After a first submission, the same browser sees a thank-you message instead of the form.
Tips
- It isn’t foolproof: a private browser or another device gets around the limit. For strict control, use single-use invitations.
Common problems
- Someone wants to respond again from the same computer.
- Not possible while the option is on: untick it or use another browser.
