Manage or cancel your subscription

Change your card or billing period, or cancel.

What it is for

Control your subscription without going through support.

Active paid subscription.

Open “Settings” → “Plan” and click “Manage my subscription”.
In the Stripe portal: update your card, download invoices, change your billing period or cancel.
Return to Sondagix.

On cancellation, the account returns to the Free plan at the end of the paid period; nothing is deleted.

When returning to Free, active surveys beyond 3 stay active but you can’t publish more while you are over the limit.

The “Manage my subscription” button is missing.: The plan was assigned by hand: no Stripe subscription exists.
